performPastReminders
Description
This timer runs all reminders up until it hits the limit. There it searches for and executes open reminders, for example, those generated by the GenerateOffsetEscalationTimeHandler. In other words, the timer ensures the dispatching of reminder emails which have already accumulated due to escalations.

Number of reminders to be started during a run, for example, “5”.
IMPORTANT! If this number too high, the timer stops with an error and tries again. This results in an endless loop.
