Enter information regarding an user and his or her classification within the company.

Field	Description
Personnel number	Enter the company-own personnel number of an user.
Supervisor	In this field the supervisor of an user is being selected. From the drop-down menu any user-entry in T!M can be selected.
Telephone number	A telephone number to contact the user can be included here.
Cost center	The cost center responsible for an user can be documented here.
Department	Enter the department to which the user belongs to.
Head of department	The name of the head of the department can be selected in this field. From the drop-down menu any user-entry in T!M can be slected.
Target tab for links providing task e-mails	The target tab can be selected here. This is the tab to which an user will be redirected within T!M by using the link provided in the original task mail.
Prefer messages via e-mail	In this field the option can be selected that an user will be contacted by e-mail if there is, e.g., Doing a new task a new task to do.
No LDAP registration	This options enables the deactivation of LDAP authentication for specific users.
DNS prefix	This field is not necessary
DNS suffix	The DNS suffix of the company has to be entered here (please refer to ldap).
Substitute	In case of an absence, enter in this field the name of the substitute, to whom people can refer to as a contact person.
Show table lines	The number of table lines shown per page can be selected here, e.g., the task list within the Client.
