Accessing available reports
It is possible to download in PDF-format different kinds of reports about a single process definition.
There are two different types of reports selectable for downloading:
- Process documentation: The process documentation provides a general overview about a specific process definition. This report includes general information about the definition, a related description and the graphic depicting of the process. The report also provides an overview and description of all activities and related tasks.
- Overview of instances: This report provides an overview of all instances which have been started by this definition. Furthermore, the report documents for each instance which activity is currently ongoing. This function also provides information on how many tasks have already been successfully finished.
