Process definition
A process definition entails for the entire process run the process model including the fundamental logic of the workflow.
Process definitions are the first tier within the ordering of all elements.
The process definition defines the general procedures of a process. There are not yet any values available at this stage.
A process definition is composed of several activities which are supposed to be done within a certain order. Each activity itself comprises at least one single task wich has to be done by an employee.
Instances will be started based on a process definition and follow the process model of this particular definition.
