Reports on process instances
Reports on instances can be viewed or downloaded in T!M either as PDFs or XLS files. This function can be accessed via opening the context menu by right-clicking on the desired process instance (please refer to the depiction on the right-hand side!).
In diesem Report sind folgende Informartionen zur Prozessinstanz einsehbar:
- Name
- erledigte Aktivitäten
- offene Aktivitäten
- Status
- Beschreibung
- Smartform
Informationen zu Aktivitäten:
- Startdatum und -uhrzeit
- Enddatum und -uhrzeit
- FAZ / SAZ / FEZ / SEZ
Informationen zu Aufgaben:
- Name
- Bearbeiter
- Beschreibung
- Beginn (Datum / Uhrzeit)
- Ende (Datum / Uhrzeit)
- Zuweisungshistorie (Datum / Uhrzeit, zugewiesen von, zugewiesen an)
